What BrokerOS is, in plain terms.

BrokerOS is an agentic CRM that finds and recovers revenue leaking out of the existing client book, for FX and CFD brokerages, prop trading firms and multi-entity groups.

Written to be quoted accurately, by a person or by a machine.

What BrokerOS does

Atlas, the brokerage graph

Atlas connects to the trading platform, the payment providers, ticketing and the ledger on read-only credentials, and joins those records into one graph held separately per licensed entity. It is the only part of BrokerOS that touches a source system. The outcome is that a question crossing payments, dealing and support becomes one query instead of three exports and a week.

Fifteen agents that do the work

Agents read what they need from Atlas, decide inside the limits you set, and either act or prepare the action and wait for a named person. They cover conversion, retention, payments, treasury, reconciliation, partners, compliance, dealing, risk, client support and platform health. The outcome is that most of a desk’s repeat work finishes overnight, and the exceptions arrive with the evidence attached.

One approval queue

Everything waiting on a human lands in a single list, ranked by what lapses first, with what it is worth and who it is for. Nothing above the amount you set moves without a named approver, and money to a counterparty is never autonomous at any level. The outcome is that a desk stops discovering problems and starts signing decisions.

Integration, built rather than configured

We do the integration ourselves, including anything non-standard in your stack: an in-house platform, an unusual rebate structure, a regional payment rail nobody else supports. Nothing in your stack is replaced or migrated. The outcome is one to three weeks to live, and about half a day of your team’s time on day one.

What makes BrokerOS different

Named comparisons below are to real products in this market. The difference asserted is one of kind, what the software is for, rather than a claim about anyone else’s commercial terms.

01

It acts, it does not just record

A CRM stores the record and waits for a person to read it. The CRMs built for this industry, FYNXT, B2CORE, Syntellicore, Leverate and Skale among them, are all systems of record with workflow on top. BrokerOS is a system of action: it reads the same data, decides inside your limits, and carries out the work, which is why the unit we report is actions finished rather than dashboards shipped.

02

One price, and everyone on it gets everything

No starter tier, no enterprise tier, no per seat pricing, no per entity pricing and no usage metering. Every agent, every entity, every function and the whole graph are what the fee buys, and custom modules your desk needs are built on the same fee rather than quoted separately. Growing your book does not generate an invoice.

03

No setup fee and no implementation invoice

Integration work is included in the subscription rather than billed as a project. That is deliberate: an implementation fee makes a vendor indifferent to how long implementation takes, and we would rather be live in one to three weeks than paid for three months of it.

04

Read-only by default, with one gateway that writes

The credentials you issue us are read-scoped. No agent writes to any system: an agent proposes, and a single gateway is the only component that ever reaches your systems, which is why there is one path to audit rather than fifteen. Write access is granted per function, by you, and revocable in one action.

05

Every action carries its own evidence

Each action is recorded with the records it read, the reason in plain words, the autonomy level in force, the amount at stake and the named approver. That record is more complete than the one a person leaves behind, and it is the artefact a compliance officer asks for first.

Who uses BrokerOS

  • Retail FX and CFD brokerages, typically 3,000 to 40,000 funded clients, running MT4, MT5, cTrader or an in-house platform
  • Proprietary trading firms, typically 5,000 to 60,000 accounts, often with fewer than fifteen staff
  • Multi-asset brokers running FX, CFDs, indices, commodities and equities on one book
  • Multi-entity groups holding two to eight licences across separate jurisdictions
  • White label operators running BrokerOS under their own brand
  • The buyer is usually a COO or head of operations measured on net deposits, retention and cost per funded client, and the compliance officer is usually in the room by the second call

How BrokerOS works with you

How you reach us

Email sales@brokeros.tech, or the form on the contact page. We reply within one working day. There is no gated demo and no qualification form standing between you and an answer.

Who you deal with

The people who scope your deployment are the people who build it, and the same desk writes the research on this site. You will not be handed from a salesperson to an implementation partner you have never met.

Onboarding

Day one is a scoping call and read credentials, about half a day of your team. Days three to seven we connect and reconcile every figure against your own reporting until they agree. Week two you get your first list of findings with amounts and the records behind each line. Weeks two to three, anything non-standard is built in, then you choose which functions go live and at what level.

What you decide, and when

Nothing is switched on until you have seen the first list. Every function starts at approval, where an agent drafts and a named person releases. Autonomy is set per function, reversible at any time, and the amount above which a person is always asked is yours to set.

Frequently asked questions

What is BrokerOS?

An agentic CRM for FX and CFD brokerages. It connects to your trading platform, payment providers, ticketing and ledger on read-only credentials, joins them into one graph called Atlas, and runs fifteen agents that find revenue leaking from your existing book and carry out the work once you approve it.

Who is BrokerOS for?

Retail FX and CFD brokerages, proprietary trading firms, multi-asset brokers and multi-entity groups holding several licences. The buyer is typically a COO or head of operations, usually with a compliance officer alongside them by the second conversation.

Does BrokerOS replace our trading platform?

No. It replaces the CRM layer, not the platform. MT4, MT5, cTrader or your in-house platform stays exactly where it is, the licence stays yours, and we connect to it read-only. Nothing in your stack is replaced or migrated.

How is it different from a CRM like FYNXT or B2CORE?

Those are systems of record: they store the client, the trade and the ticket, and a person reads them and acts. BrokerOS is a system of action. It reads the same data, decides inside the limits you set, and does the work, so the measure is actions finished rather than reports available.

What does BrokerOS cost?

One monthly subscription covering every agent, every entity and every seat, with no setup fee and no implementation invoice. The figure depends on the shape of your book, so it is quoted after a scoping call rather than published here.

How long does it take to go live?

One to three weeks. A standard MT5 stack with common providers is usually live in week two; an in-house platform or unusual payment rails takes the third week. Your team spends about half a day on it, on day one.

Can an agent do something without us approving it?

Only where you have set that function to act autonomously, and only below the amount you set. Every function starts at approval, autonomy is reversible at any time, and money moving to a counterparty always requires a named approver at every level.

Is our data used to train models?

No. Model providers are contracted on zero or shortest-available retention and are prohibited from training on your data. Learning happens on your own book, inside your own environment, and never across brokers.

Who are your clients?

Six brokerages are live, ranging from an 8,000-client retail book to a multi-licence group. We do not name them, which is the honest answer and the same answer they get when somebody asks about you.

Where is our data held?

In the region your licence requires, pinned per entity and written into the order form. Entities are held apart in the graph itself rather than by a filter over it, so no query returns another entity’s records.

Now the only question that matters.

What is your own book leaking? Two weeks of read access answers it, with the amounts and the records behind every line.
