You answer for every message. So does BrokerOS.
Most brokers bring their compliance officer to the first call. It is usually the part that ends the objection rather than starting it, because the audit trail here is more complete than the one a person leaves.
Nothing reaches a client unreviewed at first
Every function starts at Approval. Client-facing functions only move to Autonomous when you move them, and the threshold above which a named person is always asked stays in force at every level.
Money to a counterparty is never autonomous
Partner payouts, provider claims and anything leaving the business to a named third party require a person, at any autonomy level. This is not configurable, because the cases where it would be are the cases where it should not be.
Reconstruction, not summary
An audit rarely asks what your policy is. It asks what happened on a specific date to a specific client. Records are kept so that a single action can be replayed with the information the agent actually had at the time.
Risk language is never softened
Drafted client communication is generated against your approved language. Agents do not imply guaranteed returns, do not give advice, and do not rewrite risk warnings, and anything touching those areas routes to Recommend regardless of level.
What is stored for every single action.
Not a log line. The information needed to reconstruct the decision, including what the agent could see at the moment it was taken.
What the compliance agent actually does.
It prepares. It does not decide. Every item below arrives ready for a named person to review, and none of it is signed off by an agent.
Nine reviews prepared today. Zero approved by an agent. That ratio is the design, not a limitation of the current version.
Hand this page to your auditor.
We would rather answer the hard questions on day one than discover them in week three. Most of the objection list is already above, and the rest we will take in writing.
